Technology Research and Development

We have invested nearly 100 million yuan to establish a research and development center and a pilot plant, dedicated to providing high-quality products, accurate solutions, and the most timely customer service.
Hezhong's research areas cover various cutting-edge technologies in water treatment, providing high-quality products and efficient process solutions for nearly 2,000 industrial water treatment customers in 50 countries worldwide.
R&D Experimental Center
Established in 2005, the R&D Experimental Center has a history of 15 years and has established a joint laboratory with the University of Mining and Technology. The experimental center has various experimental instruments and can perform most water quality tests, providing timely and efficient service to solve practical customer problems.
The R&D Experimental Center can complete water quality analysis projects including: SDI value, oil content, COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, pH, potassium ion, calcium ion, magnesium ion, sulfate, chloride ion, acidity, alkalinity, conductivity, TDS, etc.; and membrane analysis projects including: maximum pore size, average pore size, and filtration accuracy of membrane sheets.
The R&D Experimental Center also has various membrane material synthesis simulation platforms, membrane material performance evaluation equipment, solid-liquid separation experimental testing; and filter element testing lines, SDI instrument testing lines, etc.
Experimental Center Instruments and Equipment
Biochemical Incubator
Suitable for water analysis and BOD determination, it is a dedicated constant temperature equipment for the cultivation and preservation of bacteria, fungi, and microorganisms, and can be used for the determination of microorganisms in water samples and filter element products.
Low-Temperature Cooling Circulating Pump
Suitable for various chemical and physical experiments that require low-temperature conditions, used to maintain a constant low temperature during the experiment.
Rotary Evaporator
Mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery. It is especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperatures.
Lifting Oil Bath
Used for constant temperature heating of the rotary evaporator, with excellent temperature control performance to ensure a constant temperature environment during the experiment.
Bubble Point Tester
Tests the bubble point pressure of the sample. The bubble point tester, also known as the integrity tester, is used for the accuracy and integrity testing of filter elements and filter materials.
Infrared Spectrophotometric Oil Content Analyzer
Measures the oil content in water samples using infrared spectrophotometry.
Multifunctional Intelligent Digestion Instrument
Performs digestion pretreatment of water samples such as COD, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus, using digital setting and display of heating temperature, and automatic control of heating temperature.
Multi-parameter Water Quality Analyzer
Can perform analysis and testing of conductivity, resistivity, TDS, and salinity.
