In 2014, Honzon established a strategic technical cooperation with Whiting Equipment Canada Inc., a leader in the thermal evaporation technology and evaporation industry, becoming its sole technical partner in China.
Swenson Technology Inc., founded in 1889, is a pioneer in the design and manufacturing of global chemical separation equipment, the originator of evaporation crystallization technology, and the inventor of the DTB crystallizer. In 1923, Whiting acquired Swenson and globally developed chemical material preparation based on evaporation crystallization technology and applied evaporation crystallization technology to the field of salt water separation from wastewater. According to the actual operating conditions and needs of customers, Whiting-Swenson designs and manufactures various types of evaporation crystallization equipment.
Swenson established its own testing center in Chicago, USA, with some testing facilities having a history of over ninety years. The test results of various materials accumulated over many years play a crucial role in the success of final full-load production. Currently, Swenson has tested over seven hundred products and has very rich experience in evaporation crystallization projects.
As of July 2020, Whiting brand evaporation crystallization equipment is the only international brand in China with operating performance in chemical wastewater and mine water salt cryogenic crystallization!
