If you need any assistance, please contact us: Mr. Jin: 13810694992 Mr. Li: 18911984390 Dupont ultrafiltration technology is an advanced membrane separation technology based on the development of materials science, and has been widely used in various fields of industrial and municipal construction. Dupont ultrafiltration uses polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material, which is a double-layer hollow fiber structure. Among PVDF ultrafiltration membranes used in industrial applications, Dupont ultrafiltration has the smallest nominal pore size, capable of removing almost all particles, bacteria (4-log removal rate), most viruses, and colloids. Despite its small pore size, its extremely high porosity allows ultrafiltration to achieve a flux comparable to microfiltration, making it a better choice than microfiltration in most cases. Dupont ultrafiltration adopts a non-clogging external pressure structure, with higher dirt holding capacity, larger filtration area, and easier and more thorough cleaning. The flow state design is mainly based on full-flow filtration, but the components can also be easily converted to cross-flow filtration mode. In the field of water treatment, ultrafiltration can be used to remove particles, colloids, bacteria, viruses, pyrogens, proteins, and high-molecular organic substances from water, purifying the water. Ultrafiltration Applications Advantages of Dupont Ultrafiltration Membranes • Non-fouling: H-PVDF material membrane components • Excellent filtration performance, high flux • Durable double-layer fiber structure provides good durability and damage resistance • Very small pore size: 0.03um • High removal rate of bacteria and viruses • Both full-flow and cross-flow filtration modes are available • External pressure structure, providing low blocking rate, high pollution load, high flux, and easy cleaning
