Honzon High-Tech's high-precision Oilisep oil-water separator effectively removes floating oil, dispersed oil, emulsified oil, and partially dissolved oil from water, resolving the separation of two immiscible liquids. Utilizing various high-efficiency separation media, it addresses the separation of emulsions in the oil and chemical industries based on the different physical properties of the two mixed liquids, such as specific gravity, viscosity, and interfacial tension.

The oil-water separator is made using the principle of wet coarse granulation. Its mechanism involves aggregating and enlarging tiny oil droplets on the material's surface before separating them and allowing them to rise to the water's surface for separation.

This separation method removes floating oil, dispersed oil, emulsified oil, and partially dissolved oil from water, solving problems that conventional oil-water separators cannot, especially separating emulsified oil without the need for demulsifiers.

Specifically designed for applications containing oil and suspended solids, it can be used independently or as a pretreatment device for high-precision oil-water separators.

When used independently, for applications where the outlet oil index requirements are not high, especially when the viscosity of petroleum components in water is high and the density is close to that of water, the filter can remove these petroleum components along with other particulate matter. Simultaneously, the modified filter material used in the filter is not easily contaminated by petroleum, and can be regenerated and reused with simple water backwashing, reducing operating and maintenance costs.

For oily wastewater containing heavy petroleum components and suspended solids, where higher outlet petroleum index requirements are needed, the filter and high-precision oil-water separator pretreatment equipment should be used together. The filter's effectiveness in removing suspended solids and heavy petroleum components prevents these substances from wrapping the separating fibers of the high-precision oil-water separator, improving and extending the service life of the oil-water separator. The high-precision oil-water separator is highly effective in removing light petroleum components and light emulsified oil.
