Job Responsibilities:
1. Obey assignments, follow instructions, strictly abide by various operating procedures and regulations to standardize production;
2. Regularly check the operating status of equipment, perform daily maintenance, report and handle problems promptly to ensure safe production operations;
3. During production, if any quality problems are found in the products, production should be stopped, and the problems should be handled or reported promptly;
4. Conserve energy, cherish materials, promptly pick up dropped materials and product waste, isolate them in separate bins, and eliminate waste;
5. During machine repair or mold change downtime, on-duty personnel are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization. Leaving requires the approval of the executive manager. Removed molds and tools must be returned to their original places;
6. Employees should improve their innovation ability, work quality, and efficiency in product operations. Everyone should be aware of improving the company's image;
7. Clean the workbench and equipment every day after work, maintain workbench hygiene, perform daily sanitation duties, and be responsible for daily cleaning of the workshop.
