To delve deeper into the application of evaporation crystallization technology in the petrochemical and new energy sectors, and to provide new technological research and development ideas for the evaporation crystallization industry, the Supply Chain Working Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation held the 2021 10th National Evaporation and Crystallization Technology Conference and Symposium on the Application of Evaporation Crystallization Technology in Multi-field Resource Utilization in Changsha, Hunan Province from October 13-15, 2021. The conference focused on discussing the application effects of evaporation crystallization technology in the resource utilization and reduction of "three wastes" in new energy and petrochemical industries, providing a platform for enterprises to exchange and cooperate.

Keynote Speech

Li Jun, director of Hezhong Gaoko (Beijing) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., attended the conference as an invited guest and on the afternoon of the 14th in the special session on Resource Utilization and Reduction of High-Salt Wastewater 化 gave a presentation on Typical Cases and Core Technologies of Industrial Wastewater Zero Discharge . In this technical sharing session, Director Li reviewed the current status, main challenges, goals, and directions of industrial wastewater zero discharge, and introduced various zero-discharge process technologies that have been developed and upgraded for the development of industrial zero discharge. He focused on those developed for the power, coal chemical, and mine water industries: Hezhong Si ^@ HLTC desulfurization wastewater zero-discharge process package, coal chemical and mine water zero-discharge small and large refrigeration process packages , and combined these with typical application cases to better analyze the problems solved by the technology and the achievements made. We welcome industry professionals to exchange ideas and work together to promote the efficient development of industrial wastewater zero discharge and resource utilization.

Industrial Wastewater Zero Discharge and Evaporation Crystallization

Industrial wastewater not only contains high levels of various pollutants but also high salt content. National policies have clear regulations and restrictions on production water sources and water consumption indicators. In recent years, there have been clear instructions on the control (limitation) of total salt content , and relevant policies in various regions are constantly being introduced and upgraded. The high-salt wastewater generated in the deep treatment and reuse of production wastewater has become a new and critical issue that must be addressed.

Industrial wastewater reuse and zero discharge mainly involve the recovery and resource utilization of water and salt: the water quality meets the standards for circulating water replenishment and process production water, achieving 100% reuse; salt is separated through evaporation crystallization, obtaining high-quality sodium chloride and sodium sulfate for sale, with a small amount of mixed salts disposed of separately. Evaporation concentration and crystallization technology are the main technical methods for zero discharge of high-salt industrial wastewater.
