In November 2017, the Honzon High-tech Guodi Hanchuan evaporation crystallization project was successfully selected as a "typical case of industrial water-saving process technology and equipment" in the "China Industrial Water-saving Industry Development Report" guided and published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The "China Industrial Water-saving Industry Development Report" was compiled by relevant departments, industry associations, enterprises, research institutions and experts commissioned by the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, taking one year to complete. The content mainly focuses on industrial water-saving management and policy measures at the macro level, while also considering industrial water-saving technology and equipment at the micro level, highlighting the guidance of the development of the industrial water-saving industry.
The "Desulfurization Wastewater Deep Treatment Project of the Phase III Expansion Project of Guodi Hanchuan Power Plant" was successfully selected as a "typical case of industrial water-saving process technology and equipment" as a landmark zero-emission project in the thermal power industry.
Honzon High-tech (Beijing) Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was responsible for the design, complete equipment supply and technical services of the evaporation crystallization process section of the Guodi Hanchuan project, which was officially accepted in December 2016. The evaporation crystallization section of the Guodi Hanchuan project adopts the most energy-saving MVR evaporation crystallization technology, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly compared with traditional technologies. Under the condition of 110,000 mg/L influent TDS, only 42 kWh of electricity is consumed to evaporate one ton of wastewater, which can save more than 70% of energy consumption (electricity + steam) compared with the three-effect evaporator. This project is a sample project for the application of MVR evaporation crystallization technology in zero-emission projects for desulfurization wastewater of million-unit power generation units in China.
The Guodi Hanchuan project has the following technological advantages:
1. The first zero-emission project for high-salt wastewater of a million-unit power generation unit in China;
2. For the first time, full membrane technology was used to pre-treat and soften wastewater, and deeply concentrate and reduce the amount of wastewater, greatly reducing the amount of wastewater evaporation, thus saving a lot of operating costs, and having the characteristics of reliable and stable operation;
3. For the first time, salt separation technology was adopted, and the design of resource utilization of crystallized salt was incorporated into the process, turning waste into treasure, separating miscellaneous salts in wastewater, and finally obtaining marketable industrial salt;
4. For the first time in the zero-emission of the power industry, MVR evaporation crystallization technology was adopted, greatly reducing operating costs.
