On June 12, 2018, Hezhong Gaoko, a leading enterprise in zero-discharge treatment of industrial wastewater, announced the establishment of its manufacturing base at the plant of Neimange Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province. This is the latest achievement of Hezhong Gaoko in implementing "Made in China 2025" and marks a firm step towards becoming a strong equipment enterprise.
Zhejiang Neimange Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested by Whiting Equipment Canada Co., Ltd. in China. Whiting Equipment Canada Co., Ltd. and its sister company, Swenson Technology Company, belong to the American Whiting Group, the originator of thermal evaporation technology. The group has a 130-year history and enjoys a high reputation worldwide.
Located in the plant of Neimange Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Hezhong Gaoko's manufacturing base covers a total area of approximately 90,000 square meters. The entire plant has 55,000 square meters of production workshops and multiple production lines for welding, equipment assembly, insulation, sandblasting and rust removal, pickling and passivation, testing, and painting. It is equipped with advanced domestic and international mechanical processing and testing equipment, new materials, and new technologies, integrating product R&D, mechanical processing, and assembly.
The manufacturing base will rely on Neimange Company's advanced design level, Swenson chemical process equipment, and complete quality testing equipment to provide complete sets of chemical process design and equipment processing and manufacturing in the fields of evaporation, crystallization, drying, and filtration related to zero-discharge technology of industrial wastewater.
