Recently, the prefabricated components of the low-temperature flash evaporation system for the whole-plant water conservation and wastewater comprehensive treatment and transformation project of Xining Thermal Power Co., Ltd. in Huanghe River have entered the delivery and installation phase. The processes are closely connected, and the installation is proceeding in an orderly manner.
This project is located south of Baozi Village, Xibao Town, Huangzhong County, Xining City, Qinghai Province. To meet national environmental protection standards and relevant requirements, the whole-plant water conservation and wastewater comprehensive treatment and transformation project is being carried out. The project will transform the miscellaneous water collection and reuse system, domestic sewage treatment system, and other related wastewater systems, and build a new three-effect low-temperature concentration and high-temperature flue gas bypass evaporation system to achieve zero wastewater discharge.
Hezhongsi (Beijing) Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. undertakes the process design, procurement, and supply of technical services for the "MED multi-effect evaporation concentration system" in this project.
This project is designed with an influent volume of 16m³/h. The evaporation and concentration of desulfurization wastewater adopts a "three-effect forced circulation evaporation and concentration" treatment process, using a concentration unit with a large flow rate of forced circulation. The concentration system uses low-temperature operation under negative pressure, which can effectively prevent or reduce equipment corrosion. The supernatant of desulfurization wastewater is directly pumped into the first-effect evaporator by the wastewater feed pump. Under the action of the forced circulation pump, the wastewater is heated by the first-effect heat exchanger and then enters the first-effect separation chamber to complete gas-liquid separation. The preliminary concentrated liquid enters the second effect for further concentration, and the final concentrated liquid is discharged from the third effect and pumped into the bypass flue gas evaporation system for processing by the discharge pump.
