The EPC general contracting project for the capacity expansion and renovation of the mine water treatment plant of the Shaanxi Huadidian Yuheng Coal Power Co., Ltd.'s Xiaojishan Coal Mine, which was participated in by Hezhongsi (Beijing) Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., successfully produced salt on September 15, 2023, marking the completion of the entire process of the project.
Huadidian Yuheng Xiaojishan Coal Mine is a supporting project for the power plant, located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The mine water treatment and water transfer project to the Yuheng Power Plant is an environmentally friendly project that implements the "three simultaneous" environmental protection system in accordance with the relevant requirements of the environmental impact assessment approval of the Yuheng coal-electricity integrated project by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, achieving 100% reuse and zero discharge of mine water. After purification by the main well industrial square water treatment plant, the mine water is further comprehensively treated to meet the water quality requirements of various water points and the comprehensive utilization requirements of the environmental impact assessment approval.
Hezhongsi is responsible for providing core technologies and equipment for the evaporation and crystallization process section of this project. The water source for the mine water treatment plant capacity expansion and renovation project is: nanofiltration concentrate from the mine water deep treatment system. According to the equipment performance test report and on-site operation survey, the original design concentrate treatment capacity of the nanofiltration concentrate treatment system is 70m³/h, and the current actual concentrate is 150m³/h. Therefore, the design water volume of the capacity expansion and renovation project is 80m³/h, and the dissolved solids in the nanofiltration concentrate are designed as 55000mg/L.
According to the characteristics of the water quality and considering the configuration with lower operating energy consumption, the process route is designed as: MVR vertical falling film evaporation and concentration + sodium sulfate forced circulation crystallization system to prepare anhydrous sodium sulfate.
During the more than one year of project construction, Hezhongsi has received strong support and cooperation from the owner, design institute, general contractor, suppliers, and other relevant units. At the same time, the company has invested a large amount of manpower and material resources, attaching great importance to the construction quality of the project. All staff of the project worked together day and night, and finally the project successfully produced salt on September 15, 2023, marking the completion of the entire process of the project.
