On November 16, the "National Catalogue of Encouraged Industrial Water-Saving Processes, Technologies and Equipment (2023)" was officially released. It aims to implement the work plans of the "Action Plan for Improving Industrial Water Efficiency" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Joint Circular [2022] No. 72) and the "Implementation Plan for Industrial Wastewater Recycling" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Joint Circular [2021] No. 213), accelerating the research and development and promotion of advanced water-saving processes, technologies, and equipment, and improving industrial water use efficiency.
The "National Catalogue of Encouraged Industrial Water-Saving Processes, Technologies and Equipment (2021)" is simultaneously repealed.
