Project Introduction

The Gansu polysilicon project, co-constructed by Hezhongsi (Beijing) Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., is the nation's first large-scale "three-green project" and a major project in Gansu Province. Covering approximately 1,173,000 square meters, it innovatively uses green electricity to produce polysilicon, polysilicon to produce photovoltaic components, and photovoltaic components to produce clean energy. This achieves green, closed-loop, and clustered development across the entire industrial chain, pioneering a new "carbon-neutral" process route with low energy consumption, low cost, and zero carbon emissions. It will strongly drive the upgrading of Guazhou's new energy, new materials, and high-end manufacturing industries, helping the nation achieve its "dual carbon" goals.

Process Introduction

The Gansu polysilicon project has a total processing capacity of 800 m³/h, with an evaporation crystallization water intake of approximately 75 m³/h. Hezhongsi provides equipment supply services for the project's desalination water ultrapure water system, reclaimed water reuse system, and high-salt water and evaporation crystallization system.

The sodium chloride evaporation crystallization unit uses MVR evaporation concentration + single-effect evaporation crystallization; the sodium sulfate evaporation crystallization unit uses MVR evaporation concentration + freeze crystallization + hot melt recrystallization; the mixed salt evaporation crystallization unit uses FC single-effect evaporation crystallization; and the calcium chloride evaporation crystallization unit uses MVR evaporation concentration + double-effect countercurrent evaporation crystallization.

Since this year, Hezhongsi has continuously optimized its operational service environment, with various departments working together to fully support the construction of major projects.
