High Flow Filter Cartridge Characteristics
High flow filter cartridges use high-quality polypropylene, suitable for water-based or non-water-based fluids. They provide more uniform and consistent flow distribution, especially exhibiting excellent performance in food and beverage applications with direct food contact. The inside-out folded structure effectively increases the filtration area of a single cartridge, enhancing its dirt-holding capacity.
As the core filtration unit in high-flow filtration systems, high-flow filter cartridges utilize a folded design to increase filtration area. They are applicable in environments such as reverse osmosis chemical cleaning security filtration and pretreatment filtration for security filters.
High flow filter cartridges can adapt to various filtration environments. Equipped with a PP support frame, the filter material, frame, and end caps are integrally heat-welded, resulting in better sealing performance and improved filtration efficiency. Polypropylene's excellent chemical properties mean it doesn't react with most chemical reagents, making it suitable for various filtration environments.
