On December 13, the National Energy Group's first coal-fired power generation integrated wastewater zero-discharge demonstration project, the 168-hour trial run, successfully concluded. The system operated stably, and all parameters met the design standards.

Located approximately 2.3 kilometers southeast of Bulian Township, this project is the first coal-fired power generation integrated wastewater zero-discharge demonstration project in China. It processes 88 cubic meters of mine water per hour and 15 cubic meters of desulfurization wastewater per hour. This project includes water balance, circulating sewage treatment system renovation, desulfurization process water optimization renovation, and high-salt wastewater zero-discharge treatment projects.

The project successfully completed the 168-hour trial run on December 13, successfully producing sodium chloride and sodium sulfate crystalline salts. This marks the successful one-time start-up of the high-salt water salt crystallization device, achieving full process completion! The commissioning of this project is a milestone, truly achieving zero discharge and no pollution.

Hezhongsi (Beijing) Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the design of the high-salt water salt crystallization process package and equipment procurement for the project. The project's high-quality sodium sulfate crystalline salt content reaches 99%, and the high-quality sodium chloride crystalline salt content reaches 98.5%, while simultaneously achieving zero discharge of mine water and desulfurization wastewater, realizing zero discharge and resource recovery and utilization. During the project construction, Hezhongsi's design team, project team, and procurement team worked closely together, traveling to the project site. While ensuring epidemic prevention and control, they actively coordinated with the owner, general contractor, and other participating parties, effectively ensuring the project's successful one-time material input and the production of superior industrial salt. The successful completion of the 168-hour trial run is a full affirmation of Hezhongsi's high-salt water salt crystallization zero-discharge process design and project execution capabilities.
