The Ministry of Ecology and Environment assesses the water environment situation in the first half of the year
In the first half of 2021, among the 3641 national surface water evaluation and assessment sections, the proportion of sections of Class Ⅰ-Ⅲ was 81.7%, an increase of 1.1 percentage points year-on-year; the proportion of Class Ⅴ sections was 1.9%, a decrease of 0.7 percentage points year-on-year. The overall national water environment quality continued to improve. However, at the same time, the unbalanced and uncoordinated problems in water ecological environment protection are still prominent, and problems such as water quality deterioration in some areas cannot be ignored. Nationwide, water quality of Class Ⅴ national control sections (excluding sections affected by natural factors) is distributed in 16 provinces. Among them, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Yunnan, and Shanxi provinces (regions) have a relatively large number, accounting for 62% of the national total. The Gongzhuling section of the Xinkai River in Jilin Province has had Class Ⅴ water quality for six consecutive months this year. (See Appendix 1) Nationwide, there are 25 national control sections with significantly deteriorated water quality year-on-year, distributed in 12 provinces. Among them, Shanxi has 7, Henan has 4, and Shaanxi has 3. The three provinces account for 56% of the national total number of sections with significantly deteriorated water quality. (See Appendix 2) In response to the above prominent problems, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued warning letters to relevant provincial ecological environment departments and organized the basin bureaus to conduct independent investigations into problems with three or more warnings, urging and guiding local governments to investigate the underlying causes of the problems and earnestly promote solutions. For prominent problems that have been delayed for a long time, relevant clues will be promptly transferred to the Central Ecological and Environmental Protection Inspection. High-flow filter element characteristics
High-flow filter cartridges use high-quality polypropylene, suitable for water-based or non-water-based fluids. They provide more uniform and consistent fluid distribution, especially exhibiting excellent performance in food and beverage applications where they come into direct contact with food. The inside-out folded structure effectively increases the filtration area of each cartridge, enhancing its dirt-holding capacity. High-flow filter cartridges, as the core filtration unit of high-flow filtration systems, utilize a folded design to increase filtration area. They can be applied in environments such as reverse osmosis chemical cleaning security filtration and pretreatment filtration for security filters. High-flow filter cartridges can adapt to various filtration environments. Equipped with a PP support frame, the filter material, frame, and end caps are integrally heat-welded, resulting in better sealing performance and improved filtration efficiency. Polypropylene has good chemical properties and does not react with most chemical reagents, making it suitable for various filtration environments.
The filter element of the security filter is sucked flat.
Security filters, also known as precision filters, are a widely used type of filter in the water treatment industry. Because the filter media is under pressure, security filters are classified as pressure vessels. Depending on the media, they are categorized into stainless steel filters, rubber-lined (plastic-lined) carbon steel filters, and fiberglass filters. The equipment uses a variety of filter cartridges, such as pleated cartridges, wound cartridges, and high-flow cartridges. These cartridges are mostly tubular for easier replacement. During use, the type of filter cartridge is selected based on the raw water quality and process requirements to ensure the effluent meets specifications. When used before reverse osmosis equipment, they also protect the reverse osmosis membrane. Security filters are now used in numerous fields, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and beverages, brewing, and dyeing. The effluent quality fully meets the water requirements of various industries, and has been widely recognized and applied.
