Rizonflow®RFP series high flow filter cartridge combines innovative technology and advanced design. With a large diameter of 6 inches, the maximum flow rate of a single filter can be up to 300gpm/70m3/h, reducing the number of filters, greatly reducing the diameter of the filter shell and saving floor space.
The filter material uses high quality polypropylene, suitable for water-based or non-water-based fluid, more uniform distribution, especially in the field of food and beverage direct contact with food, has excellent performance. Folding structure, effectively increase the filter area of a single filter element, enhance the capacity to absorb pollution.
Patented guide layer design guides the longitudinal distribution of water, accelerates the filtration of water by the filter element, and avoids the blockage caused by concentrated filtration of water by the filter element. The water inlet is provided with a water baffle to alleviate the impact of water, make the water evenly distributed, effectively protect the filter element, and make the filtration performance stable and reliable. High strength support frame design, effectively resist water pressure, prevent deformation of filter element, prolong service life.
O-ring design and top handle design more perfect seal, replacement without special tools, shorten downtime, simple installation, save labor costs.
