Rizonflow ® The RFP series high-flow filter cartridges integrate innovative technology and advanced design. With a large diameter of 6 inches, a single cartridge can achieve a maximum flow rate of up to 300 gpm/70 m³/h. 3 This reduces the number of filter cartridges in the system, significantly reducing the diameter of the filter housing and saving space.
The filter media uses high-quality polypropylene, suitable for water-based or non-water-based fluids. The flow distribution is more uniform, especially in the food and beverage industry where it has excellent performance in direct food contact applications. The inward-outward folded structure effectively increases the filtration area of a single cartridge, enhancing its dirt-holding capacity.
Patented flow guide layer design Guides the water for vertical distribution, accelerating the filter cartridge's filtration of water and preventing clogging due to concentrated water filtration. The water distribution baffle at the inlet alleviates water impact, ensuring uniform water distribution, effectively protecting the filter cartridge and ensuring stable and reliable filtration performance. The high-strength support skeleton design effectively resists inlet pressure, preventing filter cartridge deformation and extending its service life. The O-ring design and top cover handle design provide a more perfect seal. Replacement requires no special tools, shortening downtime, simplifying installation, and saving labor costs.
